Our client is recruiting experienced Senior Financial Management and Technical Assistance Consultants to support public financial management (PFM) and sector reform programs in the following countries: Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Sudan, South Sudan, Malawi, Rwanda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Gambia, and Ghana.
Key Requirements:

Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Financial Management, Economics, or a related field.

Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or CIMA) with active membership in good standing.

Minimum of 8 years’ demonstrated experience in public sector assurance, advisory, and consulting assignments within PFM environments.

Proven Technical Assistance experience supporting Ministries of Finance, international development partners, or health sector programs.

Must be resident in the country of application and fluent in the relevant national/local language.
